Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to get your tree removal job quoted, we pass it to one tree service, and nobody else sees it. The detail is below.

Information you give us

From the form: your name, phone number, email, and the address and the details of the job. From a phone call: the number you called from, the time, and any voicemail you leave along with its automatic transcript.

How it is used

We use it for one thing: getting your job in front of the one tree service who handles Kitchener requests for this site. It is not sold, rented, shared with other trades, or added to a mailing list.

Cookies

No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, and no cookies of our own. The web host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, page, browser) for security.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for follow-up and bookkeeping, then deleted. Voicemails are removed on a regular cycle rather than kept indefinitely.

Getting your information removed

Write to hello@kitchenertreeremoval.ca. You are entitled under PIPEDA to see, correct or delete what we hold. Messages from us are only about your request, and replying STOP ends them under CASL.
